Nodograph is sold as a digital download and perpetual desktop license. No physical goods are sold, so there is no shipping process and no physical return process.

Checkout, tax calculation, payment processing, and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, a Stripe company. After a completed payment, Lemon Squeezy should send the Windows download and license details to the email address used at checkout. If that email does not arrive, contact support with the purchase email and approximate purchase time.

The desktop license is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription to cancel unless a future offer says otherwise at checkout.

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are generally approved for accidental duplicate purchases, purchases made in error, or material technical problems that cannot be resolved after a reasonable support attempt.

To request a refund, use the contact form and include the purchase email, order or license reference if available, and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Bank and card network processing times can vary. We may decline refund requests connected to fraud, abuse, license misuse, or requests outside the policy where the law allows.

If something is wrong with an order, contact support before opening a payment dispute. Once a card dispute or chargeback is opened, the refund path may pause while Lemon Squeezy and the card network review the dispute. We may provide purchase, delivery, license, and support records as dispute evidence.

You may not buy, download, export, re-export, or use Nodograph in a way that violates applicable sanctions, export control laws, or other legal restrictions. You are responsible for making sure your use of the software and any exported files is lawful in your location and industry.

Nodograph is a Windows desktop application for node driven parametric 2D CAD. It is intended for makers, shop work, design exploration, personal projects, and commercial projects.

A purchase from SIA VISCORBEL gives you a perpetual license to use the desktop version made available with your order. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, future major paid upgrades, separate products, or hosted services are not included.

You may use the geometry, drawings, and exported files you create with Nodograph for personal and commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized access to the Nodograph application, license keys, installers, or private download links.

SIA VISCORBEL, trading as nodograph, is the controller for personal data collected through this site, support conversations, and purchase records we receive from Lemon Squeezy. Use the contact form for privacy questions or rights requests.

• Contact form data: your name, email address, message, and any information you choose to include.
• Purchase and license data: purchase email, order reference, product, license status, refund records, tax or billing country, and support history.
• Payment data: payment card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. Nodograph does not intentionally store full card numbers.
• Technical data: hosting, security, and email providers may process IP address, user agent, timestamps, delivery logs, and error logs.

• To answer questions and support requests, based on legitimate interests or pre-contract communication.
• To process purchases, deliver licenses, provide downloads, and handle refunds, based on contract performance.
• To maintain tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, and legal records, based on legal obligations and legitimate interests.
• To keep the site, contact form, email delivery, and software delivery reliable and secure, based on legitimate interests.
• To send marketing only if you opt in or where otherwise allowed by law. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share personal data only as needed with service providers such as Lemon Squeezy, payment processors, checkout and license delivery providers, hosting providers, email providers, fraud and security tools, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA or UK. Where required, those transfers should rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and normally no longer than 24 months after the last related contact. Purchase, tax, refund, license, accounting, and dispute records may be kept for up to 7 years or longer if required by law or needed for an active dispute. Security logs are kept for the period needed to protect the service.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The main Nodograph site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. It uses local storage to remember the cookie notice choice. Vercel Web Analytics may collect aggregate, cookie-free site analytics, including page views and basic technical information. The hosted checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy, may use cookies or similar technologies for payment, security, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
